Shipping and Delivery
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bengaluru by a reputed courier agency. For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, shipping costs and appropriate courier charges will be deducted. For pre-paid orders, the same will be deducted during the refund process.

• We serve customers across the nation and deliver our products to the pin codes served by our logistics partner
• All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the following day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage areas, this may take between 10-12 working days
• Order deliveries will be made between 10 am – 6 pm Monday – Friday. Excluding public holidays
• Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, Green And Beige or Unboxed Research Private Limited take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person
• Our courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number inputted at time of placing the order
• Green And Beige is not responsible for damage after delivery
• For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care (WhatsApp Us +91 91417 74400, or mail us at: caring@dtewellness.com) within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution
• Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
• All disputes are subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction

Shipping Charges
We ship products throughout India (to all locations served by our logistics partner) and all orders of Rs. 1000 and above qualify for free shipping. If your order value is less than Rs. 1000 appropriate shipping charges will apply
